We are seeking a Marketing Foreman to become part of our team. In this role, you'll work closely with firm leadership to coordinate, manage, and facilitate marketing for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to expand their career within the built environment sector.

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning of initiatives, including calendaring and sourcing of assets.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of client accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Pull data to help craft critical insight reports that will be used to guide and refine the marketing strategy.
  • Report on marketing initiatives by clients.
  • Communicate with clients to help gather assets and information.
  • Attend client meetings to keep track of ongoing client needs.
  • Manage workflow for creative assets and make sure they are organized.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop strategy, creative, and execute initiatives.
  • Ensure that all client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Grow your interest and knowledge about the built environment sector to help inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.
  • Assist with budget tracking for client accounts.
  • Assist with work initiatives in the studio (social, web, video, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful problem-solver.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Ability to plan and manage work independently, including remotely.
  • Commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop and InDesign.
  • At least two years of experience within an agency or the built environment sector.
  • Demonstrable interest in the built environment.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the built environment sector, including architecture, building materials, and construction.

Compensation

The salary range for this position starts at $62,00 and will be determined by the candidate’s experience level, credentials and skills.
