PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are seeking a talented and passionate architect to join the Plan One/Architects team. As an architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting project types and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals across the state. Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to maintain multiple projects concurrently from design through construction administration.
Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
Create architectural construction documents, and 3D models.
Develop and present design proposals to clients and obtain their approval.
Research and select appropriate building materials and systems that align with the project's objectives.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is executed smoothly.
Conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of construction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architecture to provide innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
Architecture License in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Design Specifications is a plus.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
