Fleetwood Fernandez Architects is a small architectural studio that loves a big idea. We are a growing office that looks to bring a strong creative process to a wide array of projects types, ranging from single-family residential to commercial office interiors and restaurants. 

We currently have an opening for a summer Intern. The position will require active engagement with the design team to generate creative and exceptional architectural illustrations through 3D and 2D software. These illustrations will range from conceptual drawings to photo-realistic interior and exterior architectural renderings. Applicants must also be great verbal and written communicators, strong designers, organized, and capable of multitasking. To fit into our small office environment, candidates must also be enthusiastic, team oriented, and willing to take on small everyday tasks. This is a paid position. Qualifications:

·    Must show portfolio work that includes a variety of architectural drawings, illustrations and conceptual renderings to be considered for the position.

  ·     Excellent 3D rendering and physical model making skills

  ·     Must be proficient in using Rhino, Enscape, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite.

·      Current residence in the Los Angeles area and legal ability to work in the US
