Position Responsibilities

• Creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability and integrates interdisciplinary criteria.
• Partners with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of a range of projects.
• Provides project team coordination with colleagues and consultants for developing and incorporating design intent into the construction documentation.
• Works with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
• Participates in construction administration, evaluates bids, conducts site visits, addresses technical issues, and maintains quality control during construction.
• Effectively communicates with project teams, consultants, and clients through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.
• Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited program
• 5-8 years of post-graduation experience, with professional licensure process underway
• Working ability to navigate New York Building Codes, New York Zoning Resolution, and City and State agency processes
• Interest and ability to research and curate materials, specifications, and construction technique data
• Experience in Construction Document preparation
• Experience and comfort with Construction Administration tasks
• Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Unreal Engine
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

The base salary range will be estimated between $80-110k plus bonuses and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
