They have over 20 years of experience in client, designer, and general contractor roles, which allows them to provide comprehensive and strategic services to align a project's goals with business goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure deadlines are met. They will also communicate with clients and stakeholders, manage project budgets, and identify and mitigate project risks. Our projects are spread across North America, 30% travel will be required. Applicants must live in the United States. 

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Project Management
• Knowledge of Inspection and Permitting processes for various jurisdictions
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work remotely and lead virtual teams
• Experience in the retail industry is required
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
