• Desire and work ethic needed to excel at graphic, written, and spoken presentations.
• Looking for candidates with three or more years’ experience in luxury residential design and construction documents. We are open to training recent graduates, soon to be graduating architecture students, and architects/designers with other building typology experience. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.  Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape and Photoshop a plus but not mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Our firm’s primary focus is on luxury residential design with occasional large-scale ground up commercial work.

We are looking for individuals who can take projects from the initial concept all the way through construction.  Our most pressing need is for architects/interns who can execute construction documents with limited need/desire for supervision.  Along those lines, the ideal candidates have the experience to develop their own and/or other architect’s schematic concepts and turn them into highly detailed construction documents.
