This is a great opportunity to mix with a unique design team of professionals that work under the name of Q-Arch.  The firm was formed over a decade ago to develop small, medium, large projects encompassing a wide range of disciplines.  Our work has expanded beyond the California state line into international boundaries such as southeast asia and beyond.  Our leadership forms a multidisciplinary approach to every project with equal engineering and construction understanding.  As a full-service firm we approach sustainability as not an add-on but a regular course of design.  Consequently our projects, generally, exceed local or national standards and are conscious of other jurisdictions such as EU standards.

Our portfolio is not “type cast” but rather comes from the position of a space with multi-use from the onset and in its lifecycle.  Many projects are developed as a residential parti but our oeuvre includes commercial work, hospitality, institutional, government, etc.  We shepard every project from their infancy through to final occupancy.

Q-Arch members are exposed to all aspects in design execution; they gain a broad skill set in design and knowledge in constructability especially due to our office size and mutual commitment to everyone here.  Members are regularly asked to contribute to academic interactions, attend seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. to build their personal development.  Mental health is of utmost importance in our work culture, we implement weekly mindful practice and team building processes to reset, refresh and recharge.
