MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- M.Arch Degree
- Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Fluency in Revit is a MUST
- Clear communication, dedication on your work quality, proactive approach.
- Advance knowledge of digital material creation methods, lighting and texturing;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - min)
- Flexibility in design and ability to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude.
YOU MUST BE
- capable of meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- capable of putting a logical presentation material
- capable of researching material, details, etc.
- capable of communicating with vendors, contractors.
- capable of reading and understanding Code and Zoning.
- Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, and friendly.
