Wettling Architects is a high-end residential firm located in Soho, NYC.
We are looking for a skilled, motivated candidate to join our team as a Project Manager / Architect.
Candidates need to possess the following qualities:
High-end residential experience in NYC
5-10 years experience including project management and organization skills in all phases (schematic design through construction administration)
Ability to interact graciously with clients, handle consultant coordination, and interface with contractors for design intent follow through.
Skilled and Experienced in Construction Administrtion.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
High quality drawings skills (2D + 3D), knowledge of Vectorworks strongly preferred
Proficient, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Knowledge of NYC and NY State codes and filing process Knowledge and experience with DOB and Building Management approval process
Desire to work in a friendly office environment
Clear upbeat communication and writings skills
Organized, efficient, and fun work environment
Personable, outgoing, and upbeat.
Firm description:
High-end residential Soho office of 6 and occasionally an office dogs or two.
Working in-office.
Current projects include apartment renovations throughout NYC, ground up homes in the Hamptons, Westchester and Connecticut. Recent projects in California, Texas, and Miami
We maintain 6-8 projects in the office, with each project manager involved in 1-3 projects
We are a Vectorworks based office using both 2D aspects and 3D BIM aspects of the software on a daily basis
