REX is an international architecture firm whose work includes the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center in New York City, the Seattle Central Library, 2050 M Street in Washington D.C., the Wyly Theatre in Dallas, the Mercedes Benz Future Lab in Stuttgart, and many others around the world. As the firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic and highly focused team. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the firm's Principal and Director of Strategy & Communication.

The right candidate will have experience in marketing or communications at an architecture or design firm, as well as a collaborative and confident attitude, interest in and knowledge of architecture, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ambition to grow as our business expands. • Assist the Principal and the Director with all PR, marketing, and media projects
• Identify RFQ/RFP/Competition and award opportunities
• Assist in layout and production of proposals, press books, competitions, and awards submissions
• Maintain press lists and track outgoing press materials
• Organize, develop, and execute collateral marketing materials
• Manage digital assets including marketing files and project imagery archive
• Generate, implement, monitor, and analyze social media strategies and campaigns on various social platforms
• Maintain website content
• Coordinate public events, lectures, and office tours
• Support the leadership team with new projects pursuits

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (architecture or graphic design degree preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position
• Passion for architecture, the fine arts, and design
• Superb writing and editing skills
• Excellent graphic design and layout skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in social media and SEO advertising tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Proven high-standards for work products
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent references
