Your work will be at the leading edge of environmental, socially responsible practice.  Our vision is to achieve productive architecture - zero energy/water/waste projects whenever technically possible. Projects will include real-world architecture and technical research. One immediate need is to develop a large mixed use Passive House project through CDs. Responsibilities will also include leading teams in programming, design, analysis, and documentation of high-performance mixed use, institutional, urban agriculture, and housing projects at all stages of design and construction. Candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5, preferably 8+ years experience with complex projects and construction administration
  • Significant construction administration experience
  • Ability to interact with clients and lead project team(s)
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for environmental principles. 
  • Desirable: Registered architect; knowledge of Passive House and LEED; proficiency with BIM workflows - Vectorworks and/or Revit; Experience with energy/daylighting analysis.
