Archinect is looking someone with exceptional abilities in communication and organization to assist our team with managing projects, content, and events. The candidate must be local, as this position is in-house, in our Pasadena office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with architects, firm representatives, advertisers, partners, clients, schools, and organizations via telephone, email, DM, etc.
  • Collecting media (images, video, etc.) and reformatting for editorial team
  • Organizing content
  • Researching content for editorial team
  • Optimizing and formatting images
  • Assisting advertising manager

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication 
  • Photoshop
  • Fast and efficient
  • Experience with Hiver, Asana, Buffer, Dropbox and Google Drive a plus
  • Extremely familiar with basic internet tools
  • Architecture education/experience a plus, but not necessary if you are passionate about architecture and design
