About The Role:

Our elite network of freelance interior designers, and independent design firms is essential to the success of Workframe. Workframe provides all of the tools and resources you need to work more efficiently and expand your business.  Our projects range from simple furniture selection to complete renovations, and you will be matched with pre-qualified clients whose needs align with your skills.  You will gain access to the Workframe platform which will enable you to design beautiful spaces for clients in a fraction of the time.  Workframe provides an opportunity for designers to expand their portfolio and gain access to a wide range of clientele.  Depending on a project’s scope, our interior designers may be responsible for all or some of the following project phases:

  • Programming
  • Space Planning
  • Concept Design
  • Schematic Design
  • Design Development
  • Coordination of Construction Documents with Architects and Contractors
  • Selection of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
  • Selection of Architectural Finishes

About You:

We are looking for experienced interior designers with experience in commercial design.  You should be organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping companies create office space that is both functional and a point of pride.  


  • 5+ years of design experience
  • Experience in corporate interior design strongly preferred by not essential
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is required for most projects
  • Strong 3D rendering skills preferred
  • Experience specifying contract and residential furniture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
