Small, high end residential interior design firm seeks knowledgeable and organized bookkeeper/office manager.
Job Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should have administrative and bookkeeping experience; excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively with a small team. He/She must be computer savvy and proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Adobe Creative Suite; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Part-time to full-time 30-40 hours per week negotiable; somewhat flexible schedule TBD; Competitive Salary, Sick and Vacation Time, Medical Benefits Negotiable.
