Loguer Design is a global design team creating public spaces, museums, iconic residences, yachts, aviation and, objects. We are currently expanding both the architectural staff and administrative staff in our Miami office which specializes in luxury residential, super yacht interiors and, influential commercial interiors.
We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Project Manager to oversee large commercial project.
Qualifications of a successful candidate include:
Minimum 5 year Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Graduate level a plus.
8-10 years experience post-graduation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a MUST. 3D skills a plus.
Familiarity with building codes and construction standards in South Florida is a MUST.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Capacity to juggle multiple and changing priorities in a very fast paced environment while also ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Present yourself in a polished and professional manner at all times.
Must be legal US resident. We will not sponsor visas at this time.
Communicate and coordinate with the client and client team.
Supervise production of all necessary drawings, presentation materials and project documents or independently produce them when drafting support is unavailable.
Generate project schedules and budgets and execute project completion within allotted budget and time frame.
FF&E, Sourcing, specifying, bidding and, purchasing of various elements of a project.
Facilitate all communication and coordination with other disciplines, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Keep organized project records of all design decisions and client instructions as well as maintain all project manuals and binders.
Provide attentive site supervision and problem solving throughout the construction process
Complete the close out process including punch lists and certificate of occupancy.
