We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated Project Manager to join the Hart Howerton, New York City team. The individual will be managing, designing and building mixed-use development and residential projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.
The Project Manager will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing strategic planning and creative design for clients requiring the firm's unique perspective for their challenging projects. Responsible for managing the production of designs, presentations, and working drawings while coordinating necessary personnel and firm resources. Maintain relationships with clients, organize a work flow, structure proposals and fees, and lead a team.
The position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary design team environment. An ability to work at a variety of project scales from planning to detail design. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AutoCAD, and work experience applying these skills in a design office. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator are necessary, as well as good hand graphics and writing skills. Solid Revit, Sketch-Up and GIS experience are preferred.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Planning or in a related field. Professional Registration is a plus. 8+ years of work experience; or a Master's Degree with 6+ year of work experience.
