NBBJ Los Angeles is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join the studio. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting clients as they enter our office and additional administrative tasks as assigned. Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing multiple conference room calendars
  • Manage incoming / outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Liaison with outside vendors for office management
  • Various administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications (required unless otherwise noted):

  • 3+ years of experience as a front desk coordinator in a busy office environment
  • Experience answering multiple-line call system
  • Experience scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook
  • Catering – schedule & coordinate food/beverage services
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Event coordination
