WE ARE a South Florida based, design driven, prefab housing manufacturer and design / build company. Looking for a collaborative team member willing and able to grow with us. We are entrepreneurs, designers and technicians with big plans for our small company. We need operational support to make that happen. The ideal candidate will offer financial, operational and administrative abilities.


YOU ARE: a dynamic, process oriented, and committed individual with an architecture, construction or design inclination. You have the natural ability to be structured, detailed & organized with the ability to multitask and thrive in a creative environment. You are willing and able to roll up your sleeves and expand with the company.


THE WORK: office organization, administration and financial oversight. In addition to office administration, the work involves financial reporting, specifying, purchasing, logistics and project coordination schedules, estimating, and budgets h/r and customer service functions. The job requires excellent interpersonal communication skills in dealing with employees, contractors, clients and vendors.



Excellent computer skills are absolutely necessary. Mac OS X, and Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and social media applications. Construction estimating/ job costing a plus.
