Job Description:

We currently are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our CA Department and Team who work as an integral part of our architecture firm. This professional will be performing construction administration services for mainly multi-family low to mid-rise projects. Additional projects may include; mixed-use, luxury, senior, affordable and student housing in markets across the country and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review project submittals
  • Observe construction sites
  • Produce field reports that document observations
  • Consult with and report on construction related issues with the architectural project team and consultants
  • Maintain knowledge of current codes and practices
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with clients and contractors
  • Travel required to visit the construction site, nationally and internationally


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in architecture, architectural engineering, construction administration, or in a related field
  • Must have experience with multi-family projects
  • 3+ years of construction administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and driven to succeed
  • Experience using MS Excel and MS Word


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, mixed-use and multifamily development
  • Experience using Newforma software
