aspect, that's possibly the most beautiful observation I've ever read in archinect.
Of course, Venturi might tell you that is exactly what architecture should be preaching.
Along the same lines, Lucas made a studio visit at the art institute this past year, and basically blamed his entire career on a junior college professor of Anthropology.

and if i could ever post a picture correctly, thatd be neat.
Ahh important to add that Star Wars loves Architecture too. Hayden Christensen aka Anikin Skywalker/Darth Vader wants to become an architect.
Sweet. Welcome to the profession, young Anakin.
At least he will be able to pay for his education up front.
i had a professor in school who really did love star wars... he used to say if it doesn't look like it could fly away it isn't any good
I've always loved the designs of the space ships. Honestly, some of them have been pretty influential.
Doesn't everybody love Star Wars??
I heart Star Wars.
ooh boy, if Hayden's worried about selling out as an actor, his ass ain't seen nothing yet.
Then again I guess he would never have to sell out as an architect with his money...
growing up with japs anime, i never understand what's with the fascination with star war?
that's why denari is great, he and i like gundam...
I like the old starwars ok. The new ones kind of sucked. I did like the cityscapes in them though.
Agreed GWB.
Outside of Taos New Mexico - the earthships always reminded me of
Lukes home in the desert - Tataouine
Neil Denari just gained a cool point in my book.
ah ... but young Anakin was seduced by the dark side ... wonder where that will take him as a designer ... ?
Courescant definitely got a little post modern on us...
i visit denari office during the 90's, i actually saw him using gundam parts to build his model!
growing up in asia, star war gives me an impression as bouguois taste along with reagan-economic era... kind of contradict to what architect preach...
