As the lead designer tasked with creating the new administrative spaces and conferencing center for the Wells Fargo US headquarters at 30 Hudson Yards, I spearheaded the entire design journey. This included guiding the design team from the initial stages of ideation and conceptualization to the comprehensive development of planning, coordination, design, and detailed specifications for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

As a senior designer specializing in prestigious ground-up hospitality projects, I engaged in every stage of the design process. This encompassed crafting initial conceptual designs to meticulously specifying furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Overseeing design development, space planning, and FF&E selection for all public areas — reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, spa, business lounge, ballroom, and meeting rooms — was my primary responsibility. Collaborating on a base building by Herzog & de Meuron added an extra layer of depth to the project.

I designed contract projects, including office headquarters for financial institutions in the New York area. Spearheading the development of pre-built suites for prominent landlords such as TSP and CBRE on a national scale was also within my purview. Additionally, I tackled the challenge of designing a luxurious apartment renovation in Manhattan. Each project required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of client needs, while also necessitating a keen focus on design excellence.
