Site of this project is from Ash Ave. to College Ave. on 5th Street, Tempe, Arizona. The intersection of 5th Street and Mill Ave. is a focal point of this area. 

5th Street would become a focal point of city of Tempe. This project will help the street contain more culture features. It will become a safer street, and attract more people to visit.

5th street will be a street that create more shade for people, there will be more vegetation either provide shade and humidity, to build a street, which more walkable.
5th street contribute on improve people’s safety, there will be more light along the street. And isolated bike lanes in busy areas.
Low impact design will utilize in this project to irrigate vegetation, and get stored for future use.
