Currently under construction in the former American Trade Developing Co. Building (built in 1917), this fifty-room boutique hotel combines the nostalgia for Panama's heyday with a modern, eclectic style. It is set to break new ground in hospitality design and the tourism market for the Central American region.

Servicing the developing community of the Casco Viejo - a UNESCO world heritage site since 1997 - the hotel has a strong food and beverage component. There is a café, bar, restaurant, bakery and lounge, as well as a jazz bar that embraces Panama's well-established music culture.
