The AREEN Project Award of Excellence in Architecture, Nomination
The AREEN award selects the five best Final Year Projects [FYP] in Architecture as nominees for the award. My FYP was nominated for the award due to innovation and functionality of the design.
MACAM Architecture Award, 1st Place
The competition required us to redesign an existing factory space in order to turn it into a Modern and Contemporary Art Museum [MACAM]. I was partnered with Sirena Varma, where our proposal introduced a contrasting and foreign structure to the existing warehouse in order to make it a functional museum space. We received the first place award for innovation and functionality.
Fawzi Azar Architecture Award, 1st Place
This competition required four selected finalists to design the headquarters of an architecture practice in Lebanon. The criteria for selection revolved around innovation, sustainability and performance. I received the first place award for my design which proposed a sustainable landmark building in the city.
