Scope of work: Samarkand tourist center: congress hall, 5 * hotels × 2, 4 * hotels × 2 and 3 * hotels × 6,
with a total of 1 324 rooms, public garden, recreation area (restaurants, shopping centers, oriental market,
etc.), parking, internal roads and sidewalks with bridges and fountains, volcano with a lake, artificial rivers,
lakes and ponds.
Position: Technical and field architect Who is responsible for the Congress Center and the 5 Star Hotel.
• Working closely with stakeholders, engineers and architects to develop and review design details with
conducting international meetings,
• Identifying conflicts between different disciplines, approving and creating shop drawings, as built
drawings and submittals to ensure proper coordination and installation.
• Overseeing and assisting total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with
design, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Monitoring work progress, maintaining organized and detailed project records.
