City Island is located in Harrisburg Pennsylvania in the middle of the Susquehanna River this design Inc. cultural center with the secondary program of a ecological research facility. This design developed in the intensive cultivation of the agricultural society seems to be mutually exclusive with the openness and tolerance of modern society. This difference is essentially the friction between the traditional order and the modern culture. Traditionally, architecture simultaneously reflects and influences culture. The Culture of this structure is described as coordinated system of knowledge, rules, procedures, and habit that surrounds the building process in a given place and time".
