Yair Titelboim (b.1983) is an architect and urban planner with over ten years of experience in large scale urban development, real estate analysis, and architectural design. Parallel to his studies at MIT, Titelboim is holding a Research Assistant position at the MIT Real Estate Innovation Lab and a Teaching Assistant position at the MIT Architecture department. His work involves data-driven research, design, and development at the architectural, urban, and regional scale, focusing on emerging technologies and their impact on the built environment. Born in Israel, Yair holds a professional degree in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and has since worked in Tel Aviv, Boston, Houston, and China on a range of large scale development projects.
