I received my Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and I am currently an Associate Architectural Designer for WeWork's Enterprise and Powered by We Group, where I focus on designing creative and high-impact commercial spaces for Fortune 500 companies.

My double minor in real estate and business as well as my experiences working at developers has aided my understanding of the building industry as a whole. This background has made me better equipped at conveying concepts and speaking to clients as I am able to understand the nuances of how developers evaluate design.

I have strong Revit skills and have produced many design drawings and packages using the software. I am looking to get licensed in the state of NY and am active in the AXP and ARE track.

This year’s teams were required to conduct a financial analysis of a complex, realistic but fictitious hotel deal on an upper upscale property in downtown Amsterdam. Their job was to recommend an investment approach, starting with an estimate of a proper offer amount, and then analyze of the deal’s risk profile, brand strategy, and structure, complete with an exit strategy. As part of the competition, judges also gave consideration to the teams’ creativity and presentation.
