    Interior Management is Manhattan’s premier residential renovation and construction partner. Since 1981, IMI has provided clients with exceptional service, meticulous execution, and extraordinary workmanship.
    Each project is a collaborative effort beginning with a detailed pre-construction consultation to better understand each client’s vision, budget and timeline. From there, a construction plan is established outlining scope of work, materials and all associated costs.

    • Directing and supervising subcontractors and maintenance crew on site
    • Completing projects according to schedule and budget parameters
    • Reading and updating jobsite blueprints & technical specs
    • Facilitating communication between client, architectural / design teams, trades, and building staff
    • Preparing purchase & change orders, RFI’s, meeting agendas and minutes
    • Soliciting subcontractor bids per project scope, and developing final proposals for client approval

    Downtown Interiors is an award-winning general contractor specializing in custom millwork for luxury residences and boutique retail spaces. The company operates a 17,000-sq ft workshop and manages over 150 projects each year.

    • Act as primary point of contact for clients, designers, architects and vendors to deliver projects on time, under budget, at scope
    • Create detailed proposals, schedules and invoices; track projects costs and expenses; expedite requests for permits and licenses
    • Oversee all marketing efforts, including company website, social media, newsletters, onsite signage and digital sales leads

    3,000-word profile on Jeffrey Guerin, a local man severely wounded and left blind after his Humvee hit a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. The story originally appeared in the Syracuse Student Voice, and was published in Rolling Stone’s November 2, 2006 issue
