I’m Socorro Fernandez Garcia, a Mexican-born Architectural Designer with a BArch and BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

Responsible for architecture in the Leasing Department, mainly: drafting and managing proposals; representing the Department’s architectural matters in the development of its new retail centers, working alongside the Project Development, Architecture and Tenant Coordination Departments; managing and updating architectural documents; and creating visual content for proposals.
