Renovation project for a private house (~ 100 + 100 m2). Start with a budget of 150K €. Customers needs to configure a new day zone and make available, accessible and habitable the attic. I designed a new first floor plan with a large open space that include living/dining/kitchen (~65 m2) new stairs that allows a better vertical link between new attic and living room. Attic will host a little studio room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
