Project of a set of 46 homes in the neighbourhood of Almagro in the capital city of Buenos Aires. This project occupies a full block, so their distribution is able to generate an open space in the interior, Using two different types of homes a heterogenous space in generated between them. The types of housing are generated from a profile study of its possible occupants. The type A home is a showcase where the domestic space is fused with a workshop area downstairs, giving the possibility to show work and also able to display it at street level. On the other hand, the type B home has a more exclusive and familiar character, which has balconied areas overlooking the open space within the block. Finally, the set of both types are embraced in its four facades by a wooden permeable enclosure set that gives the building a unified character.
