Residential: Manhattan House, New York, NY (O’Connor). Largest condo conversion ever undertaken in the US involving the complete renovation and re-branding of a $1.3 billion apartment building into a world-class, luxury landmark residence on NY’s Upper Eastside.
Retail: Woodbury Commons Outlets, Harriman, NY (Simon). A comprehensive, multi-phase renovation and re-merchandising program for one of the 1st and largest open air, luxury retail outlets ever developed.
Mixed-Use: Blue Back Square, West Hartford, CT. (Street-Works) A new 600,000 sf urban mixed-use retail-office-residential district involving a Private-Public Partnership with Town of West Hartford. Crate & Barrel served as a key retail anchor while the primary Office tenant included a 125,000 sf “Wellness Center” for Hartford Hospital.
Office: The Centre at Purchase, Corporate Campus, Purchase, NY (George Comfort & Sons / O’Connor): The 4 building, 600,000 sf corporate-campus was fully repositioned from a Physical, Leasing and Facilities Management standpoint. Located on a beautiful 100-acre property in Westchester Co. the project was upgraded to a LEED Silver accreditation.
