Starting from a 3,100 square foot shell, the entirety of the space was constructed and designed from supplied design and construction drawings. The self-driven design objective was to create a cohesive, welcoming space that stayed true to the idea of loft living. 

Everything from the floors to the electrical conduit was installed to create the modern, colorful live/work residence for a professional writer and Interior Architect.
