Mial Li, middle region of Taiwan, was under-developed.  The client saw an opport unity to create a retail development in Miao Li with a seven-story podium of shops and restaurants, the Hub integrates karaoke and cinemas.  The 13-acre development is tightly integrated with a blend of pedestrian friendly streets, public green spaces and extensive landscaping.
