This $46 Million project includes 242 Independent Living Apartments and Cottages (301,400 SF), a 26,978 SF Community Center, and a 64,431 SF Health Center (40 Skilled Nursing, 30 Assisted Living & 18 Dementia Units).  It also has a Pool house, Guard house, 2 Pedestrian Bridges and a Vehicular Bridge, all on a 22.5 acre site with a creek in the middle.
