The new 27,000 square foot performing arts facility includes a 670-seat performing arts theater, multi-media classroom, TV recording studio and lighting lab, audio visual workshop, stage fabrication workshop and a drama and choir classroom. The facility houses two Career Technical Education pathways in the Arts Media & Entertainment Industry Sector; Students enrolled in Production and Managerial Arts and Performing Arts will receive instruction in theater performance, digital film production, costume design, stagecraft, scene design, stage management and directing.

The new 12,000 square foot CTE Construction Trades facility includes a 6,000 square foot workshop, 2 classrooms, material storage, offices, restrooms and an adjacent 8,400 square foot exterior work yard. Students enrolled in the Residential and Commercial CTE pathway will receive instruction in state of the art facilities, using industry standard tools required for residential and commercial construction. Their capstone course will include designing and building mini houses.
