This office build-out is located on the second floor on the north side of the “The Bleachery” in New Milford, CT.  I was tasked by my employer to create our home office out of this unused and unfinished space.  I took this to opportunity to create what I feel is the ideal office environment.  I used the open floor plan, with subtle delineation of space with floor patterns.  I specified the doors be recycled and refinished from those found all over the building itself.  The wooden floors are bamboo.  The lighting is ultra-efficient fluorescent with each row operating independently, and each office having motion sensors to conserve energy.
