Interior Architecture (change of use)

Milano Tasting Lounge, located in the heart of Gastown is a reflection of Master Roster Brian Turko’s passion and bold appetite for creating one of a kind coffee blends that are “the perfect balance, body, flavour, acidity, and aroma”.  Milano's Business Vision, Mission and Product was used as a conceptual means in-terms of the space planning and design of this Flagship location in Gastown.

The space was planned in a particular manner with a focus on spacial flow and various seating conditions intended to provide an experience and address a specific need for the visitor depending on the purpose of the visit at the cafe and the mood of the day!  

A lot of the existing construction and materials were used and incorporated in the design to reduce
construction impcat and and to salvage and reuse as much materials as possible.
