Four City Revitalization Project is HKSAR government under the direction of HK Housing Authority. It involves landscape and urban re-design of Chung-on St.,Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long, Tai Po Square, and Sai Kung Old District, in an effort to spur promotion of local urban revitalization . MCAA is the consulting firm and heads the team of profesionals tasked to undertake the goal.
