A Multi-family dwelling (apartment) inside the proposed Smart City to host employees and family members. Both buildings are designed from the outside to inside inside speak the same architectural language of the entire Master Plan.
Smart City is techno-hub planned community in Malta. It comprises several low-rise office buildings to house multi-national companies like IBM and Siemens once completed. Within the development, residential buildings as well as community centers are also integrated to provide housing to employees.
