This was an urban renewal project for the Beetham Estate, one of the most neglected and impoverished areas in Trinidad & Tobago. The focus was to come up with solutions to the site's many problems, and a master plan. Once that was accomplished, low cost supportive housing was the next approach to help the residents of the area.  This was a two part comprehensive studio, which showcases my knowledge of Urban Planning, Building Design, Analytical Research and Graphical Presentation Techniques.
