A new 229,000 SF beverage distribution facility. In addition to corporate and dispatch offices, the main building houses both temperature controlled and refrigerated storage areas, and a sophisticated automated palletizing system. A separate smaller building was provided as an equipment maintenance and repair shop.

A palm garden was designed at the front of the building as a placeholder for future expansion of the company's corporate offices.
