As we develop new residential areas, how can we ensure we’re doing it efficiently and with minimal impact to our natural landscape?

By building along major transit corridors and building densely, we can help mitigate the destruction of rural and agricultural acreage that traditionally occurs with outward expansion. This proposal explores the potential of dense building along a series of light rail corridors, while leaving regions between such corridors intact or for agricultural use.
