The hotel is situated in one of the limits of the city, having contact with  city, sea and mountain. It is an auction to the city, the limit of the urban hull, a place favoured between water and land. The square is designed as a space of meeting, living together and enjoyment of the citizenship, reinforcing its condition of viewing-point favoured on the sea and the beach. The project is based on the idea of landscape, the geological strata turn in forged. The front introduces a sensitive camouflage with the utilization of the light variations of the mountain and the vegetation_vegetable fictitious wall.
