The competition was designed to generate ideas on how to revive a once thriving North Philadelphia neighborhood: Kensington/ Ludlow. Our goal is to channel more of the money that is currently being poured into the site, back into the community by setting up policies that encourage an economy within the site while also improving on present and future PHA units.
