Worked side by side with Senior Architect on this project from Schematic Design to Final site visit. 

1. Removal of the existing main entry door and frame assembly, including the fixed side lites and transoms above, followed by the installation of a new aluminum frame and leaf double door assembly, including fixed side lites, three (3) fixed transom windows above, decorative aluminum metalwork along the exterior, and building numbers along the transoms above.

2.Removal and replacement of two (2) exterior light fixtures adjacent to the main entry doors, including all associated conduit and wiring. New fixtures shall be hard-wired back to the building’s PL&P circuit breaker panel. (Note: All electrical work shall be performed by a NYC licensed electrician, in conformance with all applicable codes. Work shall include obtaining all associated electrical permits, including but not limited to a New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) Electrical Division permit to perform electrical work, as well as all related applications, expediting and filing fees. The Contractor shall arrange all electrical inspections required to obtain a Certificate of Completed Electrical Inspection from the DOB.)

3. Scraping, priming and painting of the metal fencing along the sidewalk of Henry and Pierrepont Streets. (The estimated total length of metal refurbishment work required pursuant to Base Bid Item K is approximately 180 linear feet).

4.Scraping, priming and painting of the exterior woodwork above the main entry. (The estimated total quantity of woodwork refurbishment work required pursuant to Base Bid Item L is approximately 16 square feet).
