An analysis of the visual and energy impacts of Lever House's facade replacement.  Looking at ways to reconcile energy upgrades and Preservation guidelines, the analysis showed that upgrading the HVAC system would make a significantly larger impact on Lever House's energy profile than changing the type of glass used in the curtain wall.
