The building has been thought so as to house, on its 1842 m2 of flooring surface, a 400 seats conference and multipurpose room, as well as a restaurant and connected service spaces, for AROL spa, which is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of capping equipment.

The project is entirely based on the energy conservation theories and sets, as a starting point, a prefabricated construction made of timberframed walls with a thermal insulation factor U=0,135 W/m2K.

The groundfloor conference area is a inner extension of  the outside green equipped courtyard and allows the execution of both out and indoor displays by means of its sliding glass perimetral walls.

The orientation and wrapper analysis will lead to a “passive” house where neither heating nor cooling system will be needed, but just an air exchange system.
