Designer, Draftsman, and Project Manger for 15+ years.  I get the job done!

I have enjoyed working as a Designer, Draftsperson, and Project Manager for projects in every stage of development and construction. As a designer, I have enjoyed building relationships with my clients and working with them to integrate their needs, wants, and personalities into unique designs. As a Draftsman I take pride in the high quality detailed construction documents that I regularly complete ahead of schedule. As a project manager, I have been proud to use my problem solving skills to bring a design through to completion.

During a difficult time in our economy, I helped maximize the profitability of several multi-story retail/office spaces and parking structures by minimizing design and construction costs and by increasing usable/leaseable floor space.

Developing designs and creating detailed construction documents and developing design sketches into plans and sections formed the majority of my work at Pittman Group. I continue to take pride in the high quality of my construction document work.

Hamilton Architects, INC, Los Angeles, CA, US, Assist. Project Manager

I continued to grow my skills and experience at Hamilton Architects where I learned Sketch-Up to create 3D models of proposed apartment building designs. I also learned that there is a lot more to the design and construction of laundromats then you might think!

Creative Structures, Camarillo, CA, US, Architectural Drafter

My career in Architecture began at Creative Structures and I cannot be more thankful for all the invaluable experience I gained there. I would not be half the manager I am today if not for the opportunities and mentoring provided by the team at Creative Structures.
